Privacy · local processing

This site is offered as a public static website. It does not transmit raw keyboard input, pointer or touch paths, audio, video, device IDs, or checkup results/records to a server. Mouse and touch trails are drawn only for the current session on screen; raw paths are not stored or sent.

Microphone and camera are requested only after you press Start, and tracks plus related timers and audio nodes stop on Stop or navigation. Headphone and speaker tones never autoplay.

The device-info tool shows only summaries the browser already exposes. It does not request high-entropy hints or collect fingerprints. Refresh-rate figures are requestAnimationFrame browser observations.

My desk (optional saving): only when you press “Save summary” on a mouse test page, this browser’s local storage keeps aggregate counts (presses per button, wheel events per direction, rapid repeats and similar), the device nickname, connection, and note you entered, the save date, the test time, and a coarse browser family (for example “Chrome family”). Click positions, movement paths, individual input timestamps, the full User-Agent, and device IDs are not stored. Up to 50 records are kept; there is no server upload or account sync, and nothing is shared with other devices. On My desk you can delete individual records (with undo right after) and export/import JSON, and clearing this site’s browser data removes them too. Pinned scenario shortcuts are stored the same way, in this browser only.

Practice records (optional saving): only when you press “Save result” after finishing typing or precision click practice, this browser’s local storage keeps the challenge, round, practice language, input method (keyboard/mouse/touch/pen/mixed), save date and score totals (practice time, characters typed and correct, or hits and misses). Typed text, individual keystrokes, click positions or paths, input timestamps, the User-Agent and device IDs are not stored and are not sent to a server. Up to 30 records are kept, separately from device check records on My desk. On the practice page you can delete individual records (with undo right after) and export JSON; records are not synced to other devices and clearing this site’s browser data removes them. The install invitation’s “Not now” choice (up to 14 days) is also stored in this browser only.

Arcade games: results are not saved automatically. Choosing Save after a finish keeps only the game, UTC date, selected daily-course date and score summary in this browser (up to 90). Individual removal, undo of the last removal and JSON export are available. Records are not synced; invalid or full storage is never silently overwritten. This-visit bests remain in memory and disappear when the page closes. The microphone (Voice Glide) and camera (Motion Zones) are requested only when you press the game's Start button, and loudness and small grey frame differences are computed inside this browser. Sound, video and frames are not recorded, stored or transmitted, and the device is released on pause, stop, hidden tab or navigation. Gamepad play reads only axis and button values of the standard mapping and does not store device IDs.

Add to device (install): the site provides only a web app manifest and icons — no service worker, offline cache, notifications or background sync. The install guidance requests no permissions, and the browser’s install dialog appears only when you click. An installed app window still needs an internet connection, and depending on the browser its storage may be separate from the browser’s.

Scenario checkups, focused routes, local report branding, and JSON export/import stay in this browser only. Banner settings are stored by an authenticated admin through a server API (D1, or KV fallback); public slots only read active banner metadata. Raw device-check input, audio, and video are not transmitted.

Google advertising and privacy choices

This site uses Google AdSense. Google and advertising partners may place or read cookies and collect, share and use web beacons, IP addresses, browser/device identifiers and site activity to deliver, measure and personalize ads. The ad loader connects to Google even when no ad is visible. Hosting and CDN providers may process IP addresses and User-Agent data to deliver the site. Raw device-check input and optional saved check records are not sent to this advertising processing.

Where applicable, the Google consent message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Its Privacy and cookie settings link lets you reopen, change or withdraw your choice. Google account ad personalization can be managed separately using the ad settings link below. Site consent and Google account settings are separate controls.

Visitors today

When daily counting is enabled, the server briefly processes the request IP and Korean calendar date in memory, retaining only aggregate sketch registers. Raw IPs, complete hashes, individual visit histories and test input are not stored. No tracking cookie or device fingerprint is created. Tab session storage keeps only a date to reduce repeat requests. DNT/GPC opt-out signals are excluded. Aggregate data older than 31 days is cleaned in bounded batches on later visits. The count estimates networks, not exact people.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, Cloudflare, the site’s hosting provider, automatically adds a script to pages (static.cloudflareinsights.com). It sends general statistics, such as the address of the page viewed, the referring page, browser and device type, and page-load timing, to this site’s own address (/cdn-cgi/rum), where Cloudflare processes them. Cloudflare derives the country from the request. Cloudflare states that this feature uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. Test data — keyboard input, pointer paths, audio, video, device IDs, results and reports — is never part of these statistics. They are separate from the “Visitors today” count; this site’s DNT/GPC exclusion applies to that count, and Cloudflare processes its statistics under its own policy.

Same-text typing comparison

Only when you press Save for comparison after a typing round, this browser stores one aggregate: kind (regular or focus), language, mode, a short identifier of the practice text, time, typed and correct character counts and the date. What you typed is never stored or sent. Up to 40 records; delete them from the typing result, or clear site data.

Number and symbol task comparisons are kept the same way in a separate list on this browser (kind: numbers or symbols, up to 40), only after you press Save for comparison.

Daily routine results are kept only if you press Save, only on this browser, as numbers (local date, round times and character counts, up to 100 routines). Typed text is never kept.
